Le poste
Oversee the Central Processing Center (CPC) logistics operations, including receiving, warehousing, storage, recycling, and distribution.
Lead and develop the logistics team, plan staffing, coach, and drive performance in alignment with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with operations managers, area managers, and non-profit partners to maintain optimal stock-on-hand and flow of inventory.
Manage relationships with trucking carriers, freight forwarders, and brokers to ensure timely movement of goods domestically and internationally.
Ensure compliance with warehousing and environmental standards, maintain data integrity, and oversee maintenance of equipment.
Monitor KPIs such as stock on hand, storage and freight costs, seasonal backstock, payroll, and team engagement.
