Le poste
Lead the HR technology agenda focused on Workday Core HCM and Security, partnering with HR COE, HRBP leadership, and IT to translate business needs into actionable plans.
Oversee the development of clear business and functional requirements, manage a prioritized backlog, and ensure a smooth handoff to IT Product Managers for design and delivery, including UAT and training updates.
Apply advanced business analysis, agile practices, and data insights to drive process improvements and innovative solutions across global HR domains.
Provide end-user support for Workday, manage escalations to technology partners, and ensure timely, customer-centric resolution of issues.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships worldwide, guiding demand and projects from idea to delivery while keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
Stay current with industry trends to guide roadmap planning and explore extending tools to new locations or functional areas.
