In this role, you will develop cutting-edge search and recommendation algorithms using information retrieval and machine learning to enhance the user experience at scale.
Tackle challenges such as indexing, recall, rough sorting, fine sorting, and reranking on trillion-scale index libraries and models with trillions of parameters.
Explore how large-scale models will reshape the next generation of search and recommendation, leveraging multimodal understanding, generative models, scaling laws, sparse MoE, and reinforcement learning.
Translate product objectives into practical ML solutions, improving query understanding, video understanding, and ranking at multiple stages.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, production-ready systems and scalable models.
Ideal candidates have strong programming skills (C++, Python, or Java) and solid ML foundations with hands-on experience.
