Le poste
Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees in line with employment law and company policy.
Lead and support employee relations cases from start to resolution, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence matters.
Advise on performance management processes, including appraisals, improvement plans and development actions.
Support recruitment activities from role design and shortlisting to interviewing and onboarding.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date, legally compliant and consistently applied across the organisation.
Analyse HR data, maintain accurate records and produce reports on turnover, absence and engagement while supporting wellbeing and inclusion initiatives.
