Le poste
Lead and manage the Personal Injury Department for a Connecticut-based firm near New Haven, guiding cases from intake through resolution.
Handle a full caseload in pre-litigation and litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and workplace injuries.
Develop case strategy, negotiate settlements, and handle courtroom proceedings as needed, while maintaining high standards of client communication.
Mentor paralegals, case managers, and support staff to ensure cohesive teamwork and efficient case progression.
Requirements include at least 3 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience, a J.D. from an accredited law school, and a Connecticut license in good standing; Spanish fluency is strongly preferred but not required.
This is a full-time, in-office role with no remote work, offering a competitive salary and benefits.
