As a detail-oriented HR Assistant, you will support onboarding, HRIS data management, and employee records within a healthcare setting.
Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth integration.
Maintain accurate HR data entry and manage employee records in HRIS systems such as HCHB.
Support performance management initiatives, including employee evaluations and training participation.
Assist with compliance tasks, including state-related reports, and facilitate clear communication between employees and management.
