Lead the design, scaling, and optimization of a cutting-edge Generative AI conversation engine for enterprise use.
Build and evolve scalable API abstractions that support major chat clients (Teams, Slack, Web) and other systems.
Improve latency and memory footprint while enabling private domain knowledge and real-time multilingual translation.
Implement robust logging, tracing, and metrics to provide deep observability, easier debugging, and efficient triage.
Collaborate with ML engineers, application engineers, product teams, and customer support to drive feature delivery and scalability.
Uphold engineering excellence through clean code, scalable patterns, and proactive cross-functional collaboration.
