Own the full-cycle recruitment lifecycle for high-volume roles, from sourcing to closing, delivering timely, high-quality hires with a superior candidate experience.
Proactively source passive candidates using creative strategies, referrals, and networks to fill hard-to-fill and high-impact roles.
Serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers and stakeholders, aligning on role requirements and building effective sourcing plans.
Leverage data to optimize funnel metrics, tracking time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and conversion rates, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Manage multiple requisitions across functions or locations, prioritizing by business urgency and meeting aggressive targets in a fast-paced environment.
Build scalable pipelines and contribute new ideas, including recruitment marketing, events, and process improvements, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
