Plan and coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including staffing, scheduling, vendor coordination, inventory, and vehicle logistics.
Serve as the primary remote point of contact for day-of-event issues, troubleshooting, and escalation to ensure smooth execution.
Collaborate with sales and studio teams to manage timelines, procurement, and on-site setup and teardown, delivering a seamless client experience.
Oversee internal logistics tasks, assign projects, and monitor progress to align with fabrication deadlines and event goals.
Manage client communications post-contract, including final confirmations, clarifications, and post-event debriefs.
Support training and development to become a fully trained installer, covering installation, safety protocols, and quick pivots as needed.
