This role combines customer service excellence with technical sales support for industrial automation and control solutions in Houston, TX.
Respond to customers via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and urgency, providing product and technical information.
Prepare accurate quotes and efficiently process orders while collaborating with the automation and sales teams to support accounts.
Research product specifications and availability to meet customer requirements, and support inventory management and branch operations.
Build lasting relationships with customers and vendor partners, and participate in ongoing manufacturer training to expand product knowledge.
