Le poste
Lead strategic legal advisory for commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and governance across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including supply/distribution agreements, MSAs, and NDAs.
Provide pragmatic guidance on regulatory matters (OSHA, EPA, antitrust) and assess legal risks in business decisions.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate legal risk into actionable business strategy and deliver policy, filings, and governance support.
Oversee lease management, contract management, and corporate filings while supporting litigation and claims as needed.
Operate independently with leadership, build internal and external relationships, and stay current on evolving legal developments.
