Join a growing internal IT Support team and launch your career as an Apprentice in a dynamic environment.
You will resolve IT issues across a worldwide user base while contributing to ongoing IT projects.
This role blends hands-on troubleshooting with proactive support and effective service delivery.
As an apprentice, you will develop technical skills in Windows environments, networking basics, and security practices.
You will participate in incident management, ticketing, and remote assistance to ensure high availability for users.
The apprenticeship runs for 18 months with a structured schedule from Monday to Friday (9:00–17:30) and a pathway to Level 3 ICT Technician training.
