Le poste
Lead lab-based testing and analysis to support R&D for product and technology development in household appliances.
Perform tests on wet appliances (e.g., clothes washers and dishwashers) and simulate failure modes to improve robustness.
Assemble, disassemble, and condition appliances for diagnostics, documenting results and reporting actionable findings.
Develop testing methodologies, analyze data, identify root causes of field failures, and propose risk-mitigating solutions.
Collaborate across categories (refrigerators, cooking products, and other appliance lines) and communicate results via reports and presentations.
Utilize engineering software (LabVIEW, MATLAB, CAD) and standard tools; maintain safety and lab standards; strong written and verbal communication required.
