Lead the development of tooling and datasets that accelerate AI model training and experimentation.
Design and implement scalable data pipelines to power continuous improvement via human feedback.
Own data infrastructure tasks spanning Spark, Beam, and GCP, ensuring reliability and performance.
Collaborate with ML researchers to translate data insights into improved models and evaluation metrics.
Build and maintain data warehousing, pipelines, and tooling with BigQuery, dbt, Ray, Beam, and Python/SQL.
Advise on containerization, cloud architecture, and governance to support rapid growth and scale.
