Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the mechanical contracting sector to grow the client base.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exploring opportunities for additional services.
Understand and communicate the full range of HVAC, plumbing, boiler, electrical, and general contracting services to potential and existing clients.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service, address client concerns, and collaborate with project management to ensure smooth contract execution and client satisfaction.
Stay informed about market trends and industry developments; participate in industry events and networking to generate leads.
