Seeking generalist experts to support a large-scale AI research project focused on creating and refining diverse, human-aligned tasks for supervised fine-tuning of frontier models.
Responsibilities include creating base prompts across general topics, reviewing and revising AI-generated responses for clarity and alignment with human reasoning, and iterating prompt-response variations in length and style.
Contribute to benchmarking by identifying failure points in model outputs and applying consistent quality standards across content types such as summaries, Q&A, and synthesis tasks.
