Lead the design and build of a scalable, enterprise-grade AI platform that enables product, people, and operations teams to deploy autonomous agents securely and at scale.
Architect the intelligence and integration layers, including agent orchestration with LangChain/LangGraph and secure internal API connectivity (MCP).
Solve the state problem by designing memory stores (vector databases) that persist context across sessions.
Enforce security by design with identity propagation, OAuth scopes, PII masking, and Data Clean Rooms; deploy EvalOps to prevent hallucinations.
Define engineering standards and guardrails, build templates and low-code tooling, and ensure performance, latency, and cost efficiency.
Mentor senior engineers and translate AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders, acting as a hands-on player/coach to accelerate enterprise AI adoption.
