Technical Writer - Leo Security Productivity Infrastructure

Collaborate with service and operations teams to optimize and maintain user guides, process guides, and application configuration documentation while upholding a high quality bar.
Triage user feedback, prioritize actions, and drive improvements across documentation and training materials.
Create and maintain integrated help content and training for training service consoles to support user adoption.
Develop content for a global, technically diverse audience, including graphics and interactive storyboards as needed.
Manage all aspects of the documentation process: planning, testing, maintenance, and delivery, using metrics to guide improvements.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; experience as a technical editor/writer; project management experience preferred.
