Research Scientist - Personalization

We are seeking a Research Scientist to advance personalization through state-of-the-art AI and machine learning, with a focus on large-scale recommender systems.
You will integrate and optimize generative AI technologies to improve recommendations and long-term user satisfaction.
Analyze data, design and run experiments, identify problems, and implement hands-on solutions at scale.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, user researchers, and analysts to design creative, impactful solutions and a long-range research roadmap.
Publish findings and contribute to the broader research community through talks and conference participation.
This role is based in New York City with hybrid, flexible arrangements for in-person and remote work.
