Senior Scientist / Research Scientist, Biologics, London: design and optimize large-molecule therapeutics using a cutting-edge AI drug design engine. Independently lead hands-on design, optimization, and rigorous validation from concept to lead candidate. Act as the technical lead for assigned projects, coordinating internal workflows and external CROs to progress candidates toward go/no-go decisions. Drive platform implementation by applying generative AI/ML tools within drug design workflows to propose, evaluate, and prioritize novel concepts. Foster collaboration across ML, Biology, and Chemistry teams and external partners, guiding experimental designs, developability assessments, and early-discovery strategies. A PhD with 3+ years industry experience; strong antibody discovery/engineering, multi-specifics, ADCs, and a passion for AI-driven drug design.
