Principal Machine Learning Architect (L7) - Content Promotion & Distribution

Lead the design and implementation of ML/AI architectures for content promotion and distribution, including agentic systems and multimodal understanding and generation.
Serve as a domain expert to identify high-impact AI opportunities and translate complex business problems into scalable, production-ready solutions.
Collaborate with platform and engineering teams to define data foundations, end-to-end data pipelines, multimodal annotation, processing, and storage, as well as observability and telemetry.
Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks with offline and online evaluations, A/B testing, and human-in-the-loop reviews to measure impact and reliability.
De-risk initiatives through hands-on prototyping, scoping, and the design of horizontal foundational capability layers that scale across multiple use cases.
Inspire and mentor cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and stay at the forefront of AI advancements to deliver meaningful product impact.
