As a Data Scientist (L5) focused on Content Understanding, you will partner with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and deploy data-driven solutions in the live event space.
Define and execute roadmaps to measure the impact of content merchandising and improve member experience using causal inference and machine learning.
Collaborate with product managers, fellow data scientists, and engineers to refine and scale model-based systems for experimentation and decision making.
Present research findings and insights to audiences across the organization, translating complexity into actionable recommendations.
Become a regional expert on Merchandising and Content Understanding, helping educate regional offices and share best practices.
Requirements include 4+ years in experimentation and causal inference, strong Python/SQL skills, and the ability to work with ambiguity and drive impact.
