Data Science Director

Lead the data science program focusing on Graph databases and Reinforcement Learning within a multi-agent simulation platform.
Define and execute the data science vision and roadmap, aligning initiatives with business priorities and product strategy.
Build and scale Graph database and RL capabilities that enrich merchant and transaction data, leveraging generative AI, NLP, and computer vision.
Provide hands-on technical leadership across cloud environments (Azure, Snowflake, Spark) while ensuring governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
Mentor, recruit, and develop a high-performing data science team and partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.
Foster innovation and thought leadership through prototypes, patents/publications, and collaborations, translating complex problems into scalable solutions.
