Data Engineer (Starlink Growth)

As a Data Engineer in the Starlink Growth analytics & automation initiative, you will develop the strategy, metrics, tools, models, and processes to assess the health of the business. You will extract insights from data across business units and the Starlink network, and translate them into actionable items for product, engineering, and operations. Build high-visibility, statistically grounded dashboards and analytics tools to uncover new or breaking trends in customer growth and experience. Develop and validate models to forecast customer acquisition and implement monitoring systems to quickly detect trends and regressions. Collaborate with software and production teams to optimize the user experience, and contribute to data products and ML pipelines that turn insights into autonomous decisions.
