Chemical Engineer – Chester

A Chemical Engineer is sought in Chester to develop and optimise chemical processes, supporting scale-up from laboratory to industrial production. The position involves planning process trials, designing, commissioning, and troubleshooting manufacturing methods while ensuring safety standards such as HAZOP are met. The role requires collaboration with international teams across Europe and the creation of technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have a degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering and experience in process development or process engineering, with strong problem-solving skills. Travel to Europe approximately twice a month is expected, and familiarity with chemical manufacturing environments is preferred.
