Senior Process Engineer – Northampton

A senior process engineer specialising in lithography is sought to support process development, optimisation, NPI, yield improvement, defect reduction and continuous improvement in an advanced semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role involves developing and optimising lithography processes, supporting equipment such as scanners and steppers, and analysing manufacturing data using SPC, DOE, and Six Sigma techniques. The successful candidate will lead process development, qualification, and equipment cross-qualification while working collaboratively with multiple engineering teams. A strong background in photolithography or e-beam lithography, together with analytical skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes, is required. Knowledge of MES and photonic circuit manufacturing would be advantageous for performance in this role.
