Lead and grow a high-performing data organization within the Platform Supergroup, coaching ~20 data specialists across three teams.
Partner with Platform and Infrastructure Engineering leaders to shape and execute the data strategy for the platform.
Own the data science roadmap for core data infrastructure, including the Experimentation Platform.
Drive technical excellence and advocate data-informed decisions on platform performance, reliability, and developer productivity.
Lead analytics initiatives that influence how we build scalable systems serving billions of users.
Invest in AI and advanced analytics to optimize costs, capacity planning, and observability, while prioritizing work across teams.
