Head of Platform Data Science (ANZ Remote)

Lead and coach a team of ~20 data specialists across three teams focused on platform data, infrastructure data, and central data science.
Partner with Platform and Infrastructure Engineering leaders to shape and execute a robust data strategy for the data platform.
Oversee the data science roadmap for core data infrastructure, including the Experimentation Platform, to enable scalable testing and learning.
Drive technical excellence and data-informed decision-making around platform performance, reliability, and developer productivity.
Deliver analytics projects that inform design and operation of systems serving billions of users, with a focus on AI-enabled analytics and cost optimization.
Own prioritization and capacity planning across the data teams while fostering cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering stakeholders.
