As a Digital Marketing Analyst, lead paid digital campaigns and reputation management across a growing multifamily portfolio.
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to maximize ROI and occupancy goals.
Own online reputation management on Google, Yelp, Apartments.com, and other platforms; monitor, respond, and implement proactive strategies to improve scores.
Build marketing analytics, dashboards, and reports to translate campaign results into actionable insights.
Collaborate with in-house design, social, and leasing teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign cohesion.
Support onboarding, rebranding, and lease-up initiatives with data-driven recommendations and market intelligence.
