De functie
An Electrical Engineering Manager in Belfast oversees engineering service delivery, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are achieved across maintenance, faults, repairs, and compliance. Responsibilities include managing reporting, budgets, and operational costs, while supporting contract opportunities and quotations. The role involves overseeing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and value, authorising chargeable works and invoicing, and maintaining good client relationships. The manager liaises with helpdesk, schedulers, and site teams to ensure smooth operations and supports the site’s escalation process. Health & safety standards, team training, and performance reviews are also key components of the role. The position requires NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent and experience in engineering leadership.
