De functie
Design, build, and maintain backend microservices and APIs for an AI-powered customer experience platform prototype.
Integrate conversational messaging APIs with AWS-based backend services (API Gateway, Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB) and develop a RAG pipeline using advanced LLM models.
Create connectors to logistics partners and brokers, manage event-driven workflows, and normalize tracking data into a canonical schema.
Apply prompt-engineering, schema validation, and guardrails to ensure factual, safe, and policy-compliant LLM outputs.
Collaborate with AI/NLP specialists to optimize prompts and retrieval performance, while implementing observability for latency, cost, and model quality.
Join a multilingual team and contribute to architectural decisions, data modeling, and ETL processes in logistics/e-commerce contexts.
