De functie
The Director of AI and ML Engineering at BlackRock is responsible for providing technical leadership and guiding architectural decisions across multidisciplinary teams. They design, develop, and manage production AI/ML systems, including generative AI and predictive modelling, ensuring scalability and measurable business impact. They develop reusable AI platforms, APIs, and data pipelines to support experimentation and deployment. Candidates should possess extensive experience in complex system design, AI deployment, and proficiency in Python, SQL, as well as containerisation technologies.
