De functie
Lead end-to-end development of innovative generative AI models and applications, from research to production deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI-driven opportunities and translate business questions into data-driven solutions.
Train, fine-tune, and optimize models on large datasets; implement robust ML algorithms for classification, prediction, and clustering.
Own model lifecycle management, monitoring, versioning, retraining, and scalable AI infrastructure to ensure reliability and cost efficiency.
Ensure data quality and accessibility, and document designs, decisions, and results for stakeholders.
Stay current with AI advances and communicate findings effectively to a global, cross-disciplinary audience.
