De functie
Lead commercial legal matters as the in-house voice for commercial operations, advising on vendor and partner relationships, sales, data protection, regulatory risk, AI-related issues, and potential litigation.
Embed with Finance, RevOps, Sales, and Procurement to influence deals and contract execution with speed and accuracy.
Collaborate with the Principal, Contracts & Legal Operations, to support contract lifecycle management initiatives and ERP integration.
Own the selection and implementation of a Contract Lifecycle Management system (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Conga) and its ERP integration (NetSuite).
Bring a builder's mindset with 4-8 years of SaaS/tech or data-driven experience, strong contract instincts, and the ability to translate legal concepts for business stakeholders.
Demonstrate collaboration, sound judgment, and entrepreneurial drive to accelerate cycle times and business velocity.
