Develop and execute account-level strategies targeting strategic healthcare organizations to expand access to advanced wound dressing technologies.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with hospital systems, IDN procurement, and regional teams to drive adoption and utilization.
Build and maintain high-value relationships with key decision-makers, conduct regular business reviews, and pursue value-based partnerships.
Coordinate contracting requests and pricing with IDN enterprise and contracting teams; align with senior sales leadership on strategic opportunities.
Travel 50-70% to engage with hospitals and private offices; ensure market penetration and cross-specialty engagement.
Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, contracting needs, and political climate to inform strategic plans and MBO attainment.
