Own end-to-end R&D and productionization of next-generation conversational AI systems using LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and real-time inference.

Advance voice-based interactions and robust intent inference to enable effective routing and triage with minimal human involvement.
Create ML-powered tooling and real-time recommendations to assist support agents and improve customer outcomes.
Engineer robust, reusable modeling pipelines for high throughput, rapid iteration, and straightforward deployment.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and operations to ship impactful ML features at scale.
