Manage payroll and HR operations, ensuring timely bi-weekly payroll for 100+ employees and accurate recordkeeping.
Oversee recruitment, pre-employment screening, onboarding, and new hire orientation to support staffing goals.
Maintain confidential personnel files, timekeeping records, licenses, and certifications, ensuring audit readiness.
Administer benefits, compensation, leave management, workers' compensation, and performance management processes.
Provide employee relations support, coach managers, coordinate disciplinary actions, and assist with terminations as needed.
Collaborate with administrators and department managers to ensure policy compliance, training, and effective communication while upholding safety and regulatory standards.
