Business Development Manager – Midlands

The Business Development Manager role involves managing approximately 33 pubs within the Staffordshire or Leicestershire regions, working with support teams to build strong relationships with pub operators and lessees. Responsibilities include creating and executing tailored business plans, managing P&L, and implementing retail solutions to enhance customer experiences and profitability.
