Provide knowledgeable customer support across orders, product sourcing, and shipment tracking using available resources and sound judgment.
Serve as the single point of contact for customers, delivering accurate information and helping define product or project needs.
Escalate concerns to the Supervisor when appropriate and drive timely resolution.
Input data efficiently and multitask to gather necessary details for inquiries.
Build rapport with customers, maintaining a positive attitude, empathy, and courtesy in every interaction.
Collaborate with shipping, receiving, and transportation teams and continuously learn supply chain resources to improve processes.
