Staff Software Engineer: Lead design, development, and evolution of networking software for high-speed, low-latency interconnects, leveraging AI-assisted tools.

Key responsibilities include architecting, debugging, and researching new technologies, partnering with cross-functional teams, and mentoring engineers.

Required skills: Strong HPC or distributed systems development background, Linux kernel and driver development, InfiniBand, Ethernet networking, TCP/IP, and C, Bash, and Python programming.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, 7+ years of experience in high-performance Linux systems or networking software development, strong influencing and communication skills.
