De functie
Lead data science and optimization initiatives to optimize end-to-end network design and enable data-driven decisions in a large-scale supply chain context.
Develop and deploy optimization, simulation, and ML solutions using operations research, stochastic programming, and causal inference to guide strategic choices.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners and communicate results to both technical and non-technical audiences, informing design and monetization strategies.
Implement and integrate tools and libraries such as CPlex, Gurobi, XPressMP, Python, SQL, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
Lead, mentor, and influence teams while fostering an inclusive, accessible digital experience and strong stakeholder relationships.
Contribute to publishable research and high-impact delivery, shaping the evolution of the network design and analytics capabilities.
