Staff Data Scientist – Conversational AI

Seeking a hands-on Staff Data Scientist to own the technical roadmap and architecture for multiple initiatives within a leading Conversational AI platform. You will partner with key stakeholders to translate business requirements into strategic programs, drive POCs to production AI solutions, and design, build, test, and deploy cutting-edge AI systems at scale impacting millions of users. You will lead several initiatives focused on efficiency, innovation, and leverage, collaborating with applied scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, and product managers to develop next-generation assistant experiences. You will stay up-to-date on Generative AI, NLP, speech processing, and multi-modal architectures, provide technical leadership and mentorship to data scientists, and drive end-to-end problem solving from concept to deployment. You will also collaborate with regional and global teams, participate in external communities, and publish research at Rank-A AI conferences.
