De functie
Join a machine learning team focused on protein generative modeling and therapeutic discovery.
You will work with a mentor to develop a summer research project exploring ML approaches to proteins—addressing foundational problems in biochemistry, molecular biology, and immunology while leveraging advances in language, vision, geometry, and uncertainty.
The internship offers cross-functional exposure to the platform, including collaboration with wet-lab partners and educational programming.
Timeline is 3 months (June–August 2026); location is onsite in Somerville, MA.
Responsibilities include contributing to ML research on sequence, structure, and function, and developing high-quality code within a cross-functional team.
A capstone presentation at the Machine Learning Intern Summer Symposium will showcase your work to all participants.
