De functie
Serves as a technical analyst and primary customer liaison to support mission-critical IT operations.
Resolves issues involving integration or configuration across a wide range of applications and desktop environments.
Provides technical guidance, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolution for customer application problems.
Researches, evaluates, and provides feedback on trends in customer support requirements; standardizes resolutions for inclusion in the problem resolution database.
Applies information security and information assurance policies in the delivery of customer services.
May require shift work, on-call or recall, and telework may be available depending on mission needs; candidates must be eligible for required security clearance.
