De functie
A part-time call centre agent is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner, providing accurate information and assistance. The role involves handling customer enquiries, resolving complaints, updating records, and maintaining high service standards within a team environment. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, good attention to detail, and basic computer literacy. Previous experience in customer service or call centres is preferred but not essential. This position offers flexible hours on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, with full training provided.
