De functie
Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and variances for leadership to drive informed decisions.
Support annual budgeting processes and monitor results against budget across multiple entities.
Assist in preparing financial statements for internal and external reporting and coordinate with auditors during audits.
Maintain GAAP-compliant records, strengthen internal controls, and identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
Collaborate with program and department leaders, provide technical leadership to staff, and participate in special financial analyses and projects.
