De functie
Lead and mentor an engineering enablement team focused on DevOps automation and enterprise observability.
Define and drive the enterprise DevOps strategy aligned with cloud, security, and modernization priorities.
Modernize CI/CD tooling, standardize workflows, and implement policy-based guardrails across version control, testing, and IaC.
Own and evolve platforms for CI/CD, Git repositories, artifact management, IaC, secrets, and telemetry tools.
Shape observability strategy using platforms like Splunk and Orion to improve detection, diagnosis, and remediation.
Collaborate with Application, Cloud, Infrastructure, SRE, and Security teams to embed DevOps standards and DevSecOps practices while reducing toil and improving reliability.
