De functie
Design, implement, and iterate production-grade ML systems and agentic AI workflows, from research prototypes to scalable deployments.
Collaborate with researchers, software engineers, product managers, and customers to translate requirements into robust AI solutions.
Develop end-to-end AI agents and tooling, including planning, memory, tool use, and multi-step reasoning, with a strong emphasis on reliability.
Build and optimize data pipelines, model training, evaluation, and inference, using Python (with C++/Java as needed) and containerized deployments.
Deploy on cloud platforms with Docker, focusing on distributed training/inference and performance optimization.
Drive quality and impact through hands-on development, code reviews, and adherence to production-grade software engineering standards.
