Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer

You will join the SDPE ML group as a Senior Staff ML Engineer, focusing on improving search and discovery with state-of-the-art ML, DL, LLMs, and multimodal AI.
Own end-to-end ML initiatives from concept to production, including data analysis, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring at scale.
Root-cause defects in user search experiences and propose innovative solutions leveraging generative AI, vision-language models, and other cutting-edge techniques.
Build robust pipelines, run A/B tests, analyze results, and translate insights into product requirements and measurable business impact.
Mentor junior engineers, drive consensus across teams, and set technical direction to uplift ML capabilities throughout the organization.
Requirements: 8+ years in large-scale ML products; hands-on LLM/vision-models in production; proficient in Python/Java/C++; advanced degree in CS or related field.
