De functie
The Communications & Marketing Director leads and executes the organization’s comprehensive communications and marketing strategy for a large, multi-site behavioral health clinic.
This role blends strategic planning with hands-on content creation, including writing press materials, managing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand execution.
You will translate complex behavioral health services and crisis response systems into clear, compelling messaging for diverse communities.
Partner with executive leadership to shape public positioning, set measurable KPIs, and drive service line growth.
Oversee digital content, website updates, social media, internal communications, and media relations, including crisis messaging.
Support equity and trauma-informed practices, maintain HIPAA-compliant communications, and collaborate across sites to engage staff and stakeholders.
